    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $350 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,500. A room flipping fee may apply if ceremony and reception are held in the same space.
