The rental fee ranges from $3,250 to $5,850 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $3,250 to $5,85. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note a license caterer is allowed to be brought in in lieu of using the venue's services. If both indoor and outdoor spaces are rented the guest capacity can reach a maximum of 300.
