The Villa, one of Saphire Event Group’s premier wedding venues, is tucked away in the rolling greens of Ridder Country Club and contains three unique event spaces on one property. The Madera Ballroom, renovated in 2014, is perfect for couples that envision rustic elegance. The gorgeous wood accents and two bookend fireplaces create warmth and romance perfect for even the most intimate of events.
For couples with a more urban and chic style, the contemporary glamour of our Grand Ballroom boasts a stunning gold accented ceiling, breathtaking 14-foot linear fireplace, and a lounge that rivals even the most exclusive of venues in the city. If dancing under the stars is what you have in mind, the Tent is the perfect space to be surrounded by lush green lawns and serene woodlands. Our tented area has an amazing outdoor lounge with a contemporary fire pit to create the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces for your event. Our award-winning venues have year after year been the recipients of WeddingWire’s “Couples’ Choice” award and The Knot’s “Best of Weddings” award, as well as having been inducted into its Hall of Fame. Every couple will have a personal wedding producer who is available throughout the planning process to assist with any detail, from menu planning to décor design and set up. Love amazing food? Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental which can be applied towards food and beverage minimum. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. Please inquire directly with the venue regarding specific event end times as well as drink package options. Please note the Tent space is not available during off-peak season (events may be booked in the tent May through October only).
