Tucked away along the banks of Lake Massapoag, Saphire Estate’s charming manor house and sprawling grounds are the pinnacle of New England perfection. With inspiring lakefront views, lavish fountains set amidst lush gardens and picturesque woods, Saphire Estate offers a multitude of photo opportunities to tell your love story. A newly constructed, separate cocktail space boasts a cozy fireplace, gold chandeliers, and a quartz bar top juxtaposed by a variety of rich textures and stunning millwork. The entire estate, grounds, and fully modern amenities are yours alone to enjoy on your special day as your event is our singular focus.

Our event minimum starts at $15,000, which includes the venue rental fee, ceremony fee, food, beverage, service, and tax, and varies based on season and day of the week. Please keep in mind that guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost.

At this time, we are only booking weddings and larger scale events; including but not limited to mitzvahs, quinceañeras, etc., and cannot currently accommodate smaller events such as bridal showers and baby showers, along with micro-ceremonies or guest counts under 50.
