We offer group blocks at our hotel Glen Oaks Big Sur. A contract must be confirmed before we will hold rooms for your group. We have 25 accommodations in our hotel, all rooms are double occupancy and have one queen or king size bed. We book all rooms and events up to one year in advance.

In order to reserve a group block with Glen Oaks Big Sur you will also need to reserve a buyout at the Big Sur Roadhouse. The minimum number of people at the Roadhouse event will be total number of guests staying at Glen Oaks Big Sur.

Big Sur Roadhouse is available for brunch, lunch, and dinner receptions of up to 100 people. The Roadhouse also offers an intimate evening ceremony package for up to 100 people. This package includes a one-hour ceremony in our exclusive redwood grove along the banks of the Big Sur River and a reception at the Big Sur Roadhouse. We reserve the restaurant and wedding site to guests, we also will provide the beer and wine. We do not offer food for our events therefore you will need to hire an outside caterer. I am attaching our events packet for you to look over. We book all events up to one year in advance.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 3:30PM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,750 to $10,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time.

The average wedding cost at Glen Oaks Big Sur is estimated at between $14,782 and $27,585 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
