Nestled between Williamsburg and Richmond, Historic Jasmine Plantation is an enchanting place to host an indoor or outdoor ceremony amidst a historic garden backdrop. The 40+ acre plantation property includes picturesque gardens, a stunning 1750s Manor House, a covered terrace, and a permanent marquee tent with drapery, lighting, and brick flooring. Venue rentals include tables, chairs, personalized service, magical night illumination, and so much more! Overnight packages offer seven private suites with private bathrooms, a light continental breakfast the following morning, and free use of our Magnolia Event Room for your rehearsal dinner. Reservations are offered year-round from 2 - 300+!

Time Restrictions

Depending on the package, set-up times will vary. Our full weekend packages include access to the plantation as early as 2pm on the Friday before the wedding, while one-day packages vary depending on selected package. Reception end time 11 pm per county noise ordinances.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,790 to $7,580, depending on the day of the week, month of the year, and whether you include overnight stays in our seven private suites. Our full weekend packages include two nights stay as well as use of the plantation for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on the Magnolia day package. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
