Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $5,590 (plus rooms, service fees, and taxes) for ceremony and reception depending on the season and amount of time rented and includes exclusive use of the facility. Day packages and weekend packages are available. Friday pricing for an off peak reception is based on a 2 day/1 night weekend package. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on the Magnolia day package. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
