Windmill House Overview
Situated on a private lake with lush lawns and gardens, the Windmill House offers the most amazing, fairytale backdrop for your special day. The stunning, one-of-a-kind setting includes a man-made lake with a bridge entry to a private ceremony island, a Tuscan-inspired main building, tranquil fountains, unobstructed views of the San Francisco Peaks, and of course the 1900's windmill. Make a grand entrance into your ceremony using the footbridge entry to the island. Exchange heartfelt vows in an alfresco ceremony beneath a charming white arch. After the ceremony guests can mix and mingle over cocktails and conversation by the large fire pit and fireplaces on the expansive main patio. Meanwhile you can pose for magical formal portraits along the vast property. Reunite with your guests in the main building for a fabulous reception that includes dining on delicious fare and dancing. From a sparklers send-off to fireworks over the lake, your special day can be everything you have ever dreamed of and more when you host it at Windmill House.Venue Notes
All ceremony only packages on our island, just over the bridge, is $500 for two hours (minimum). All ceremony with ballroom reception wedding packages we are currently booking, are on average between $75 and $120 per person as a total package with the facility, food, N/A beverage, service gratuity and tax. All you need to bring is your officiant, photographer, floral/decorations, wedding cake and DJ. We have all the rest and also have resources available if you need assistance to source those items. Our food is as low as $3.50 per person for appetizers while our buffet main course dinners start at $28 per person for a 4 course served dinner buffet.Amenities And Requirements
