Situated on 25 beautiful acres with a park-like view is Ashleynn Manor, a full-service event venue, perfect for the fairy tale wedding you have been dreaming of. Inside the manor, luxurious surroundings await you and your guests with marble floors, grandiose columns, and a circular staircase with a gorgeous crystal chandelier in the center of the entry way, giving you a view of the Great Room and foyer below. Your photographers will fall in love with all the picturesque locations on the property, including the estate's many arbors, and the quaint picket fence lined with roses in front of the Chapel. The vintage style chapel exudes an old, country charm that will captivate your guests. The beautiful simplicity of hand-hewn wooden floors, magnificent candelabras, and aisle-illuminating windows, makes it an ideal location for a heartfelt ceremony that requires little to no decoration. The Manor’s Carriage House is a renovated old barn with brand new ceramic wood floors, stained wooden walls, crystal chandeliers, and a Texas-sized bar will welcome your guests as the party continues throughout the night.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 2:00PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $6,743 to $9,295 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is also a guest minimum of 100 applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 with reception rental. A 45 minute, day before event rehearsal, is included in rental.
