The Inn at Stevenson Ridge includes six historical houses dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and one of the most charming of these is the Riddick House. Surrounded by woods on one side and a pond on the other, this property showcases stunning views for your guests to admire in all directions. Built in 1812, this plantation home consists of two guest rooms, private baths, a dining area, multiple lounging areas, and a beautiful back deck. With fireplaces in the kitchen, dining room, and guest rooms, your guests will be sure to feel right at home in this special place. Befitting for a cocktail-style party or an intimate sit-down meal, the state-of-the-art kitchen will fulfill your palate and desires for a homely get together. And even after the event is over, the overnight suites upstairs provide a truly convenient and luxurious experience to spend your first night together in the Riddick House at Stevenson Ridge.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for an indoor reception ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 depending on the wedding date and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Arbor for a wedding ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
