Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Valets are required for evening functions at a fee of $100 each. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A house membership for Linwood Country Club is $500. Those who are not members or are not sponsored by a member of Linwood Country Club cannot be sold alcohol at any event. For those guests who are not members and are not sponsored by a member of the club, the bride and groom may bring alcohol to the event to serve.
