Preservation Park

East Bay

A classic Victorian-setting is the heart of this charming boutique destination. Gardens and old-fashioned street lamps outline the vintage architecture. A magnificent Parisian fountain sits at the center of the Fountain Circle, part of the larger Pavilion. A short pathway from the fountain, acts as an aisle to the stage under a romantic trellis of lush, climbing ivy. On the property, the Ginn House, reminiscent of an 1890s English country home, features a columned porch with an ivy-covered facade. Two parlors depicting the Victorian era lay inside with historic light fixtures, period- pieces, wood paneling and a grand staircase. The craftsman style, Nile Hall, circa 1911, is lit with skylights and features a stage with theatrical sound and added lighting.
