This French-inspired manor provides the perfect balance of elegance and comfort for your wedding day. Thistlewood is so gorgeous that one can have a beautiful wedding style with a minimum of event decorating, or as much as your heart desires with its natural neutral tones. Accommodating nearly 200 guests inside with a dance floor, yet it is intimate enough for even a small dinner party.

Beautiful French cane-back chairs and square tables are included for your indoor reception, plus mahogany folding chairs for your outdoor ceremony. It is our desire to provide you with a customized, care-free and delightful wedding day for you and your guests. Our catering choices – whether choosing onsite or from our preferred caterers – are sure to delight you and your guests.

Rental Fees

Our delight is to serve you! Your wedding or event is unique, and therefore, we work with you to make it extraordinary, while working within your spending plan.

Our pricing is simple: Venue cost, a Plan, Bar and tax. No add on fees. Pricing shown for the "Simple Elegance" plan.
Yes there are optional upgrades and add-ons, such as hor d’oeuvres or specialty linens, but no service or admin fees. The Plans are flexible and designed for the bride who wants convenience without sacrificing anything to the bride who wants a favorite or different caterer, planner, etc. In other words, we can do almost all of it for you, or you can bring it all in as you choose, or somewhere in between.

The Venue fee ranges from $2,500 to $6,400 for a ceremony and reception, and includes an all-day rental from 10am-midnight, plus tables and chairs. Fifty percent of the venue rental fee plus a signed contract is required to secure the date of your event. We look forward to serving you!
