You may choose to have your wedding in the Event Hall in the historic main lodge or among nature in a nearby meadow surrounded by towering pines. Imagine a stunning summer night where you will dine on a paved patio outside the rustic main lodge beneath the mountain skies where city lights won’t obscure the endless stars. You may choose to hang paper lanterns above the circular tables to add a festive atmosphere to the outdoor event while your guests dine on the exquisite dinner prepared by the skilled catering staff. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM and the after party can be continued in the bar for a later event end time.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $5,000 to $6,500 (Peak Season: May through October) for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The rental includes the venue from Friday through Sunday. There is a guest minimum of 120 guests for all wedding bookings for peak season months only (May through October). For guest accommodations, there is a two night minimum stay that is required. Off Peak season: March and April. Please inquire with the venue for the rental fees that apply to November and December.

The average wedding cost at Evergreen Lodge is estimated at between $11,305 and $21,496 for a ceremony & reception for 150 guests.
