Palm Bay Events’ venues sit atop an 80 acre site on the edge of the Biscayne Bay, offering a stunning vista for exchanging vows. Guests are welcomed to the special day by a regal, Palm-tree lined entrance and continue to be dazzled in the Atrium Lobby. This outdoor space offers tropical greenery and unparalleled views of the Bay, with arched entryways providing a gorgeous option for an outdoor ceremony. The celebration continues inside the vast Palm Room, which features contemporary décor, floor to ceiling windows, large centerpieces and modern lighting that glows from the ceiling fixtures. The Palm Bay Events’ space allows brides to customize the wedding for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $6,100 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. The full commercial kitchen is available to rent for an additional fee. Please inquire with the event coordinator for weekday rentals. Outdoor venue can accommodate up to 600 guests, please inquire for pricing. Downstairs space may be added to rental of indoor palm room for an additional fee.

The average wedding cost at Palmetto Bay Events is estimated at between $5,142 and $7,636 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
