Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged anytime after 9:00AM. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for a reception is based on a per person cost, ranging from $45 to $140 per person and there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $15 per person per hour. Please inquire for discounted per person meal pricing for events between December and April.
