Wyndham Alumnae House’s unique location on the campus of Bryn Mawr College offers the privacy and amenities of a country estate while being only a short distance to the Main Line and the excitement of downtown Philadelphia. An ideal location for a custom wedding, there are both outdoor and indoor ceremony venues. You may choose to exchange your vows under the branches of centuries-old trees with the historic home in the background, or have a warm and enclosed ceremony inside. The same flexibility is available for your reception area. Host your guests to an elegant sit-down dinner and then cocktails and dancing on the lush flagstone terrace. Your guests may also mingle amongst wonderfully appointed rooms with understated elegance and even have access to the college’s beautiful historic gardens and arboretum right outside the door. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight. Venue is not available on weekdays for weddings.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,300 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $850. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
