The graceful three-story, 25 room Colonial Revival mansion with Georgian overtones is situated on 15 acres of rolling lawns surrounded by stately elm, spruce and weeping willow trees. The Endicott Estate is a truly magnificent mansion and features a beautifully manicured lawn surrounded by lush vegetation. Enjoy an intimate first Look on the wide antebellum porch with elegant white pillars. Say your vows under the weeping willow while gentle breeze rustles the soft branches. For your reception the interior spaces of the mansion are beyond compare and provide a beautiful setting for a traditional plated reception of up to 150 or a stations or cocktail reception for up to 200 or more. If you have a larger group or wish to have an outdoor reception, the stately grounds are ideal for a tented affair. Whether indoors or outdoors, the Estate and grounds add an ambiance of timeless beauty to your day and memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,800 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Ceremony-only weddings are available upon inquiry. Outdoor reception requires tent rental for an additional charge. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
