Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $7,500 to $15,000 Thursday Through Sunday in all months except Saturdays in May through October (Saturdays in May through October are $20,000) for a ceremony and reception based on 150. The price varies by day of the week, Thursday through Sunday, and Season. For guests over 150, there is an additional fee of $100 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required.

Rental includes access to 34 acres of Nestldown's lush gardens, our train, our barn, main lawn, fox glove meadow with Bocce Ball, fantasy garden and cottage, a bridal changing room, white folding chairs, round, cocktail, and rectangular tables, and much more. You can also rent the Guest house the night before or day of your event. Logistically it includes 9 hours of event time with 2 hours for set up and clean up time (*set up and clean up by staff is included in the rental), a Nestldown Special Events Coordinator who will assist you with all things Nestldown and full staff on the day of your event and much more.
