The rental fee ranges from $1,950 to $3,650 for a reception depending the guest count. The rental includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $4.50 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000-$2,000 is required.
