Located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex, Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is the biggest Hard Rock Cafe in the world. With large, statuesque pillars, it stands majestically as a Roman Coliseum of rock, and boasts more pieces of music memorabilia than any other location. The site includes not only a vast, multi-level cafe, but also Hard Rock Live Orlando, a 3,000-person event venue. Host an unforgettable wedding celebration that your guests will talk about for years to come! Whether you’re planning a small, intimate gathering or a large, lavish celebration, Hard Rock Cafe Orlando boasts multiple event venues and space for 30 to 4,000 guests. Plan an elegant party under the Florida sky on the Lennon Room Terrace for up to 300 people. The on-site Hard Rock Live is ideal for celebrations with live performances and can accommodate up to 2,800 guests. You can even buy out the entire cafe or the cafe plus Hard Rock Live for the ultimate event experience. While dining and partying in honor of your special day, you’ll be surrounded by memorabilia of music’s greatest talents. You and your guests can check out the suit Elvis wore in the film Viva Las Vegas, view hand-painted Beatles posters, and look through Buddy Holly’s famous black glasses!

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $750 to $3,500 for a reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,925. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire with the venue for more details.
