The Eco-Institute: Events at Pickards Meadow welcomes you to celebrate your Union in this outdoor sanctuary held by beauty, wonder, and compassion for all of Life. They welcome all loving Unions. The Eco-Institute's Barn Loft, Lakeside Gazebo, Community Garden, Community Kitchen, & Outdoor Picnic Table Area are special places to gather in groups. The Eco-Institute is a magical place to hold your ceremony. Enjoy the comfort of being surrounded by the natural world, and allow them to help you create the perfect Sacred Ceremony. Choose your own ceremony leaders or use the in-house team. Staff members at The Eco-Institute are skilled in ceremonial leadership and are available to work with you to create beautiful, meaningful ceremonies of all kinds. They welcome you and up to 180 of your family and friends to enjoy one of the most magical days
of your lives in a special place you will always remember.

Time Restrictions

Set up time is available on Friday starting at noon. Events must end by 11:00 pm.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,400 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire with the venue for more details. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
