Description

The Monte Sano Lodge offers a serene mountain setting that is ideal for your wedding celebration. This superb facility is beautifully furnished and contains a large meeting room, small meeting room, break room, pre-function area, and a terrace. The Monte Sano Lodge offers several rental options, including renting out the entire lodge. The largest of the rooms can easily accommodate up to 112 persons in a banquet setting, and between 72 and 175 persons in a theater setting. This main room is ideal for large wedding receptions and features easy access to a catering kitchen. Guests will first arrive in Fearn Hall. If you choose to leave this area "as is" there is no additional fee. Should you choose to serve food, set-up tables or chairs, or arrange the furniture in this room an additional fee may apply. You can also conveniently host your ceremony on site in a magical outdoor ceremony in the lodge's courtyard or lawn areas.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $2,200 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $500 to $2,200. Please note the entire lodge must be booked for the entire day for Saturday events. Sunday-Friday has a 4 hour minimum rental. Outside furniture is not provided, an outside rental is needed. Bridal dressing area is only included on Saturdays.
