OverviewYour own private beach awaits you and your guests. The Crescent Beach Club is Long Island’s premier beachfront venue. Have the destination wedding you always dreamed of without having to leave New York. Imagine, walking down a beautiful sand-colored aisle as the palm trees sway in the gentle breeze. Exchange vows under a pristine wedding cabana with the bright blue sky, white sand beach and the Long Island Sound serving as the perfect backdrop. Your guests will delight in the tropical surroundings on a sun-filled deck, a most unique setting, to enjoy cocktails. Then for your reception, we have the Grand Ballroom, with its high ceilings, beautiful crystal chandeliers, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, which lead to our spectacular veranda overlooking the water where the beautiful sunset will dazzle your guests. The Crescent Beach Club’s award-winning catering team will “wow” you and your guests with unique creations and presentations that are designed for a beach atmosphere - not your traditional food presentation. Our exceptional staff will provide unequaled service which will ensure your wedding is something extraordinary. Did we mention that we only do one wedding at a time? All this is just for you! Venue NotesThere is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,800 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $15 per person. Please inquire directly with venue about discounted menu prices from October-April! Also inquire with venue for an additional beach bonfire hour inclusive of open bar, fire pits, tiki torches, s'mores, and bar food at an additional fee of $3,800.
