Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for an indoor wedding ceremony is included with reception rental, and and outdoor ceremony is $1,500. Please note for the months of April through May and September through October, there is a $7,500 F&B minimum on Saturday, and a $5,000 F&B minimum Sunday through Friday.
