Each room has large windows with elegant Waterfall Valence curtains that allow for plenty of natural light. Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $7.50 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr, plus $3 per person for beverages.
