Its elegantly appointed indoor spaces—the Mission Ballroom, the Del Mar, the Shell, and the Ventana—can accommodate intimate parties of up to 60 guests or lavish celebrations of up to 500. Though they are of varying designs and dimensions, all four rooms feature breathtaking bay views and sophisticated décor. For your ceremony, the Bahia Resort Hotel features two unparalleled ceremony sites: the antique gazebo, a secluded area surrounded by lush gardens, and the private beach, a gorgeous, peaceful spot with phenomenal views. For a truly unique celebration, you may also choose to host your wedding day festivities on one of the resort’s stunning sternwheelers. Its Victorian-style paddlewheel boat, the Bahia Belle, is charming and intimate, while its other boat, the William D. Evans, is grand and luxurious. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start up to 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,250 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding.
