Snowhill Manor




Snow Hill Manor is a 2.5 story brick plantation house of late-Georgian style that is located on 15 acres of land in Laurel, Maryland. Situated on a knoll overlooking the Patuxent River, the home was built in 1755.

 One of many homes in the Laurel area formerly owned by the distinguished Snowden family, Snow Hill Manor has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1974. The manor’s charming brick exterior invites guests inside to see it’s lovely wood floors and period furnishings. A perfectly delightful ceremony on the lawn sets the tone for your special day. After a picture-perfect “I dos”, your guests will enjoy cocktails and a delicious meal at the manor. A sprawling tent on the lawn will house the festivities, and you’ll dance the night away as the sun sets and the stars come out to toast your new life together.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight Monday through Thursday. Events must end by 1:00AM Friday and Saturday.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $400 to $750 for a reception depending on whether the bride and groom are residents of Prince George’s or Montgomery Counties and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For residents, the fee ranges from $400 to $650. For nonresidents, a wedding in the Mansion ranges from $450 to $750. The fee to rent the Lawn or House for a wedding ceremony is ranges from $300 to $600 depending on the hours of event time. with reception rental or $2,500 for ceremony only. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
