The elegant brick building welcomes you with wide white columns. You’ll say your vows in a charming courtyard, with green vines climbing the walls and creating a romantic ambiance. Twinkling lights strung above the courtyard transform the space into a lovely cocktail hour, where guests can enjoy the historic house and mingle over appetizers. Your elegant reception begins in the Belle Vue Room. Elegant and modern, the room features blond wood floors, walls painted a neutral Federal period-style yellow with accent panels of gold fabric, and 13-foot white coffered ceilings. The ballroom opens onto a courtyard paved with slate, where a tent can be erected to accommodate additional guests. Time Restrictions

Set up may start at 3:00PM. Events must end at 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for a reception ranges from $5,600 to $9,000 and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $800 with reception rental or $3,200 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $800 is required.
