Seville Quarter, one of the Gulf Coast’s most popular entertainment destinations, is also a first-class banquet and event venue. They’ve got a rich history dating back over four decades, when Bob Snow took a dilapidated 19th century warehouse on East Government Street and transformed it into “Rosie O’Grady’s Warehouse,” a beer-and-peanuts saloon offering up heaping portions of Dixieland jazz and good times. Since then Seville Quarter has grown to include seven rooms — the original Rosie O’Grady’s, Phineas Phogg’s, Lili Marlene’s, Apple Annie’s, Fast Eddie’s, End o’ the Alley and Palace Café — each with its own theme and atmosphere. There’s also the Seville Party Plaza, an outdoor venue, and Heritage Hall, a spacious banquet and event facility. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 3:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $250 to $750 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage requirement applied to all events. The rental fee for a ceremony is $150. Please inquire with the venue for cocktail style reception options for up to 400 guests. Event end times may vary by room rental.
