The large cypress library is perfect for relaxing in the evening, or hosting your small wedding. The large back yard makes the perfect venue for an outdoor celebration. Open Gates is available to host all the festivities of your wedding day - from ceremony to reception. Whether you desire an intimate elopement or a lavish affair, the beautifully landscaped grounds will make the perfect backdrop for your special day.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes a full buyout of property for 2 days 1 night. Accommodations for up to 12 guests. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $800.Amenities And Requirements
