Set up time can start at 9:30AM. Events must end by 2:30AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $200 to $500 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $100 with reception rental. There is also a guest minimum of 100 applied to all events.
