Pine River Ranch Wedding Packages

Platinum Wedding Package – $6995.00:
The platinum package is our most popular wedding package. The package is for our Friday and Saturday weddings and includes twelve (12) hours of venue time. Pine River Ranch will be your exclusive site from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on your wedding day allowing you time to decorate, have a rehearsal on your wedding site, get ready with your bridal party and enjoy your day with friends and family. Our suites are required to be rented by your wedding party for the day of the wedding but can be extended prior to, or after the event, allowing you and your guests to enjoy extended time together before and after the wedding party.

Gold Wedding Package – $5995.00:
The gold wedding package is our largest package for our Sunday-Thursday events. Starting at noon on the day you arrive and ending at 10 p.m. this package allows you time to decorate, take pictures, and prepare for your ceremony later that evening. The following morning you will enjoy a homemade breakfast delivered to your suite, prior to picking up your decorations from the reception area. This wedding package allows you exclusive use of the property with no other guests for the entire time period you are on the property. Our suites are required to be rented by your wedding party for the day of the wedding but can be extended prior to, or after the event, allowing you and your guests to enjoy extended time together before and after the wedding party.





Included in your Platinum or Gold Leavenworth Wedding Package:
• Dinnerware, flatware, coffee mugs, water, wine, beer cups, and champagne glasses
• Round tables that fit ten guests and service tables, as well as white ceremony and reception chairs
• Table linens and napkins in your choice of color
• Outside bar and service tables
• Decorations for inside and outside
• Inside service tables, and dessert table
• Separate dressing rooms for the bride’s party and groom’s party
• Public bathrooms located in the main barn wedding venue
• Attended parking so everyone can get in and out at any time
• Attendants for set-up, water service, take-down, table bussing, and cleaning
• Day-of wedding coordinator
• Lawn games
• Speaker system for inside and outside and wireless microphone
• Owners on site all the time to help with any issues
• Base price is for weddings with 150 people or less


Silver Wedding Package (Sunday-Thursday) – $1000-$5400:
The silver wedding package secures five hours of time from the start of your wedding ceremony to the end of your reception. The price will vary depending on the number of guests you include on your special day. Pine River Ranch has many secluded areas within our 23 acres that make a perfect indoor or outdoor wedding venue for our smaller parties. Using the barn as a wedding venue or reception site, or celebrating outside on one of the lawns, allows many options for small, intimate weddings. This package has many options to make your day exactly as you would like so please call for further information.

Traditional Wedding Package (Sunday-Thursday) – $4700:
The Traditional package allows those on a tight budget to enjoy the beauty of Pine River Ranch with your family and guests for your special day without the cost of our inclusive wedding packages. The Traditional package allows you ten (10) hours of time on-site (noon-10 PM) to host your wedding and reception for up to 150 guests. Pine River Ranch will set-up your wedding area outside or inside with white wooden chairs, as well as your reception area, and will clean the barn after your reception. You are responsible to bring everything else that you want to make your day special. A great way to enjoy the beauty of Pine River Ranch but stay under your budget for your special day.

Elopement Wedding Package $800:
The elopement package is designed for the couple that wants a smaller number of guests but the beauty of Pine River Ranch for their special day. This package is for the couple with ten or fewer guests and gives you one-hour of time for your ceremony and roses for the bride. Pine River Ranch has many areas for your ceremony to take place, pictures to be shot, and allows for the couple to design their time how they want to spend it. There are other options that can be added to this package so please call for further details.

• No beverage or food minimums
• No service or corkage fees
• No exclusive list of vendors to choose from; you pick the caterer, florist, DJ, etc. that you want
