    The rental fee for our Grand Ballroom is $1,000 with a Food and Beverage minimum of $2,500 and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for our Event Lawn is $250 with the rental of the reception space. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
