Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,000 to $2,000. A refundable security deposit of 50% of the contract is required. Please note, venue is not available April or November.
