There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. There is also a guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $5 per person with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue for details. There is also a 3% liquor tax required for all events.
