Set up time can start 1 hour prior to start of event and an additional 2 hours the day before the event. Events must end by 1:00AM.
The rental fee is $3,190 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time as well as 1 hour of rehearsal time and 2 hours of set up time the day before. The fee for a ceremony is $800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Kitchen fee is waived if client hires a licensed caterer.
