Nestled in Fayetteville’s historic downtown, this venue offers an intimate yet elegant setting for a romantic wedding ceremony and reception! Our max capacity inside is 276 + 49(wrap-around porch). Comfortably sitting inside is 130 + 49 (wrap-around porch). Book your Wedding Ceremony/ Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Shower, & Much More!! $500 refundable deposit to secure date. Rental rates range $1,750-$5,000. Includes: -6 hours rental -Tables and chairs -Tablecloths -Cleaning fee -Banquet Room (for serving food) -Commercial Kitchen -Women's & Men's Restroom -Changing Rooms And more… !! House rules: -No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -Outside vendors are allowed (license & insurance required) -Includes cleaning fee -Day of Insurance required (average of $100) -Hours of operation M-S 6am-1am -Loud music must be turned down 10pm -7 am -No confetti, glitter (not even in balloons) or artificial flower petals

($2,785.00 for 100 Guests) Up to 6 Hours Diamond: $3,750.00 Includes the Gold and Platinum Packages Plus, *Banquet Package(Required with Catering Services)* Table Toppers, and Chair Ties/Gaza.
