Reviving the rural charisma of northern Georgia in the early 20th century, this beautiful house has the effortless graciousness of the 1920’s. Situated only four acres of land dapples with shady trees and sunny open fields, this gorgeous facility perfectly combines modern comforts with historic charm. Walk down a gray stone aisle in the delightful backyard garden and say your “I do’s” beneath a fabric-draped arbor surrounded by manicured topiary and clay pots brimming with country flowers. Dine on a delectable meal beneath the stars and cuddle up around the outdoor fire pit, reveling in the luminous architecture of the manor in the background. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 4 hours prior to the start of the event. Events must end by 11:00PM. Ceremony-only weddings are available weekdays only.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,375 to $2,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is no rental fee for Saturday, on-peak evening events but there is a food and beverage minimum applied. The set up fee for a ceremony-only wedding starts at $725 and are only available during weekdays. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
