With a lagoon-like pond featuring ducks afloat in the foreground and Mt. Diablo like a painting in the distance, Heather Farm Park is a natural, 102-acre property. The largest community park in Walnut Creek offers a serene, endless space with green trees and dancing fountains. An open banquet hall is offered as an event space with a waterfront patio deck outside. Inside, gleaming floors and dark wooden beams add an intense, dramatic feel to the facility. The ample windows allow natural sunlight to warm the room, or can be shaded for a more intimate setting. Park areas beyond the building include gardens with native plants, beautiful rock waterfalls, pathways, unique sculptures, a swimming pool and skate park.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Guests and vendors must be out by 1:00AM on Friday & Saturday, 12:00AM on Sunday, and 10:00PM on weekdays.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $70/hr to $170/hr depending on day of the week. There is a 10-hr minimum rental for the Lakeside room on a Saturday and 2-hr minimum rental for the Club room. A $500 refundable security deposit is required.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Heather Farm Community Center is estimated at between $3,941 and $10,484 for a reception only for 100 guests.
