The brick paved Celebration Terrace is the ideal spot for your ceremony. You will walk down the aisle of the circular terrace and guests will be truly awestruck by the spectacular Red Rocks view that will be the backdrop to your ceremony. After the ceremony guests can continue to mingle outdoors on the terrace adjacent to the ballroom and enjoy the views during cocktail hour. For your lavish reception, move into the Montage Ballroom where floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of Sedona’s majestic Red Rocks. Circular tables are set up so groups will enjoy intimate conversations during dinner and custom lighting will provide a spotlight effect enhancing your unique décor on every table. The ballroom offers ample space for a hardwood dance floor and guests can dance the night away or choose to lounge indoors or outdoors on the terrace. The mystique of Sedona surrounds the Agave and will give your celebration a truly magical feeling that you will always treasure.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,400 to $3,500 with an additional 3% tax for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $20 per person with a minimum of $2,000 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Please inquire with venue coordinator for off-season discounts.
