Tie the knot on the luscious green lawn of the hotel as the sun streams through the trees and casts romantic light on your nuptials. Guests will later enjoy sipping cocktails on the verandah and congratulating you on your big day. Dinner and dancing takes place in the beautiful Sun Room, featuring six sets of French doors opening to the verandah with breathtaking views of the meadow, lawns, and golf course. You’ll dance on polished hardwood floors beneath high ceilings and crown molding, with a massive stone fireplace setting the mood for your festive celebration at Wawona Hotel.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 9:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $850 for a reception and includes 4.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Please inquire with the venue for exact food and beverage minimums that apply to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $100 plus $2 per person for chair set up. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 required. There are rates available for event hours for a 3-hour duration, 5-hour duration, etc. Please inquire with the venue for smaller group weddings and the rates available.
