Aspen Meadows Resort Overview

Located in beautiful Aspen, you and your guests will be treated to a spectacular celebration at Aspen Meadows Resort. Whether in winter, spring, summer or fall, this resort provides amazing views, stunning amenities and everything you need to make your day truly special and unique. Weddings of 110 people or less can host their ceremony on the Plato's Deck followed by cocktails on the Mel & Bren Simon Terrace followed by a reception in the Davis Commons & Madeleine K. Albright Pavilion. Events of 150 people or more will be able to host their ceremony in the Anderson Park followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the Doerr Hosier Building. Venue Notes

The venue rentals vary based on the event spaces selected but average for a total of between $7,000.00 and $17,000.00 based on the venues and includes the rental of the facilities, setup, & tear down. Ceremony-only weddings are available upon inquiry. All food & beverage pricing is charge upon consumption and is not included within the venue rentals. Tent rental from a third party vendor is required for an outdoor reception and is an additional cost. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outdoor amplified music must end at 10pm, Indoor is midnight- Smoking in designated areas only- The Anderson Park & Doerr Hosier Building have a minimum guest count of 150 people. For smaller parties requesting these venues, minimum spends can be arranged- Valet Parking for events of 100 or more guests who are staying off property is required- Venue must approve all decorations
