    Our private facility is set amid rolling green pastures, and intoxicating vistas.

    Enjoy the fresh air and pristine views from 206 acres nestled on the banks of the Cowasselon Creek,

    in Madison County’s picturesque countryside.

    The private estate is a truly magical and historic estate boasting of ponds, gorges, woods, streams, meadows, waterfalls and gardens amidst the grounds. We are the only country venue in Upstate NY that is fully climate controlled, handicap accessible, and fully up to code. Our spectacular setting will give you creatively unique photo opportunities, as well as a one-of-a-kind destination that offers you complete privacy and comfort for your next gathering. It offers the perfect backdrop for your intimate ceremony, reception, shower, corporate picnic, wedding or other celebratory event along with an unforgettable experience.

    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $8450-9450 for a full day affair, and includes a full day rental with set up and clean up time with contracted hours from 10a-10p and an additional 2 hours prior and post for set up and tear down. Staff to help with day of coordination and all set up and tear down, on site shuttle driver, and a full decor room at your disposal, along with all outdoor ceremony seating and inside fully furnished climate controlled event center with cable/wifi/amenities all provided.
    Weekdays are rented at an hourly rate starting at $300/hr with a 3 hour minimum. Overnight accommodations on site, 6 new private cottage rentals plus lodge with ability to sleep 76 on premise. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.
