Hacienda de las Flores Overview

Set upon land that was once the hunting ground of the Miwok Indians, the Hacienda de las Flores offers a beautiful and historic setting for your once in a lifetime event. This gorgeous venue, owned by the town of Moraga, California, features an authentic Spanish-style mansion surrounded by a sprawling lawn and impeccably landscaped gardens. Its picturesque upper lawn boasts blue atlas trees, willows, palms, and flower gardens, offering a truly breathtaking backdrop for outdoor wedding ceremonies. Connected to the upper lawn by flagstone stairs and wrought-iron gates, the classical-style Pavilion offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,400 to $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Discounts are available for Moraga residents - please inquire with venue for more details. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $220/hr. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required as well as a $250 non-refundable application fee.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Alcohol service and music must stop one hour prior to the end of the event- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- General liability insurance included in rental fee- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking
