Nobu Dallas opened in 2005 as Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Texas outpost. The Rockwell Group designed dining room with its river stone wall and onyx sushi bar is most reminiscent of the original Nobu in New York with its birch trees, but with a touch of Southern charm to fit its Texas location.
