Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. Please note there is a 24% taxable rental service fee applied on the rental fee in addition to 6% tax on the room rental.
