Walk down the aisle of a delightful patio with all your friends and family there to witness your vows. Later, your guests will enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the patio and surrounding lush lawn. Dinner and dancing take place inside the spacious Snow Building. A wall of windows allows lots of natural light and plenty of romantic ambiance as the sunsets over the bay and the twinkling lights of the city begin to sparkle. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start as early as 8:00AM. Events must end by 12:30AM. The ride area and picnic are are unavailable for rental after 5:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $550 to $1,400 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee ranging from $75/hr to $150/hr. Discounted $5.00 parking passes are provided on Saturday and Sundays and free public parking is offered Monday through Friday. Security is required for events starting after 5:00PM. A refundable security deposit ranges from $250 to $500 is required. Please inquire with the venue's reservations staff for specific rental space information.

The average wedding cost at Oakland Zoo is estimated at between $4,485 and $15,040 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
