An art lover’s paradise, Hotel Phillips offers beauty around every corner. Original Art Deco features include elaborate bronze and nickel metalwork, lustrous walnut paneling, and stylish light fixtures. The iconic hotel specializes in intimate celebrations of up to 150 guests. There is no space more magical than the Crystal Ballroom. Located on the Mezzanine Level, the room is decidedly French with original 1930's plaster architectural detailing. Tiffany Blue velvet drapes frame paned windows that soar to the ceiling 18-feet above. The room can be used for a heartfelt wedding ceremony or a seated dinner reception. The open mezzanine overlooks the lobby, and features plenty of windows and lounge furniture, making it perfect for cocktail hour. The catering team is more than happy to take care of the food while you take care to savor each moment of your special day. From start to finish, you will enjoy personalized attention from an experienced event manager who guides you through the planning details and ensure a flawless day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,250 to $1,750 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $250 with reception rental or ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
