Guests can enjoy a cocktail on the charming outdoor covered patio, overlooking the rolling green hills of the golf course. The rich bar also offers plenty of space to mingle and toast your nuptials. A reception to remember unfolds in the Grand Ballroom, when the sun is setting over the 18th hole and filling the room with amazing light. You’ll make a grand entrance and enjoy gourmet cuisine carefully prepared by Springfield’s capable staff. The rental fee is $1,200 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A food and beverage minimum of $6,000 is applied to all Saturday events from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. A food and beverage minimum of $12,000 is applied to all Saturday events from 6:00PM to 11:00PM. The fee to rent the Ballroom for a wedding ceremony is $500. Springfield Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned club. Sponsorship by a member is preferred when having a large event here, but not required. The $1,200.00 Ballroom rental fee applies to non-members.
