For a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday venue rental of Town Hall (typically used for wedding receptions or ceremonies):
$4800 plus tax - covers the rental of a 12-hour event, including set up and breakdown. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $400.00 each.

For a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday venue rental of Town Hall:
$3000 - covers the rental of a up to 12 hour event, including set up and breakdown. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $300.00 each.

For any rental of Tradition Town Hall, there is also the inclusion of the $500 per event refundable damage deposit. This amount is returned to you upon there being no damage to the venue.

You can also use the Tradition Gazebo as a venue for the wedding ceremony, which will cost $900 for a 90 minute rental. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $200.00 each.
You can add the Gazebo rental to the TownHall Rental for a discounted rate of $750. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $200.00 each.
